Black Tie™ Roast Finalist in Blind Tasting

August 10, 2011

Oregon is serious coffee country.  With so much rain (drizzle...actually), Oregonians take their warm cups in little cafes with utter gravity.  In fact, it's safe to assume that Portland is perhaps the most important coffee city in America right now, with spates of little roasters cooking away, toiling with the coffee miracle, and bringing new tastes and experiences to the marketplace.

Deep Cello recently learned that our Black Tie Roast is now a finalist at the highly-competitive Oregon State Fair.  A blind tasting of experts evaluated dozens of coffees and Black Tie is now in the finals!

The final judging takes place on August 22nd, 2011 at the Fair!  Wish us luck!

You can do your own blind tasting starting right from this ROASTe.com!
