Coffee Kind ships to the contiguous 48 states of the U.S., Hawaii and Alaska. Ground delivery time is 1-5 business days, depending on location. Coffee is shipped directly from our warehouse and is typically sent out within 24-48 hours after being roasted to ensure maximum freshness. Please note that specific roast days may vary.
Coffee Kind offers free shipping for all orders unless stated otherwise. Free shipping when offered applies only to the contiguous 48 states of the U.S. not including Hawaii and Alaska.
Easy Returns & Money-Back Guarantee
We make returns as easy and seamless as possible. Returns are issued in the original form of payment less our original outbound freight cost if your order included free shipping.
All equipment items sold on Coffee Kind are covered by Coffee Kind's 30-day Limited Warranty. In the event that the product is damaged, missing, defective, or malfunctioning during shipment, report it to us within 7 business days of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org. Do not use the product.
Equipment can be returned within 30 days of delivery providing the equipment is in like-new condition and includes all original contents and packaging. Please contact us at email@example.com before returning any products.

When we approve of your return, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label. Equipment must be returned in the original packaging with all original manuals and accessories. Any products that included a CK Exclusive Gift, like a gift card or free accessories, will need to be returned, otherwise the retail value of the unreturned products will be deducted from the refund. Unused gift card codes will automatically expire. Any used gift card amounts will be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive the package, we will assess the contents and and a refund will be issued in the original form of payment less our original outbound freight cost.
3) Espresso Machines & Automatic Grinders
Espresso machines & automatic grinders qualify for refunds, but we do not issue free return labels. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and arrangements. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the return process.

Late Shipment: Coffee Kind is committed to shipping your ordered items in our inventory within one to two business days of receiving the order. If Coffee Kind fails to ship your order within two business days (excluding holidays), we will refund any shipping cost associated with the late shipment. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you within one business day. For espresso machines and other items shipped directly from the product distributor, please allow an additional two to three business days for processing. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order is shipped.
Late Delivery: Coffee Kind depends on UPS and USPS for shipping. These carriers have an extremely high rate of on-time delivery. In cases where Coffee Kind ships a package on-time but UPS or USPS cause a late delivery, we will refund your shipping charges. If the customer provides an inaccurate name or shipping address, this guarantee does not apply. When a late delivery is caused by conditions beyond the control of the carrier including but not limited to: bad weather conditions, power outages, network outages, acts of god, or acts of government, this guarantee does not apply.
Inaccurate Delivery Name or Address: Coffee Kind does not guarantee shipments with inaccurate or incomplete names or delivery addresses. It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide an accurate and complete name and delivery address.
Delivery Attempts: If a signature is required for a particular shipment, it is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the recipient will sign for delivery. In most cases, customers do not have to sign for shipments from Coffee Kind. However, UPS delivery staff can require a signature at their own discretion if they feel the package is not safe unattended. Coffee Kind does not guarantee delivery of packages when the recipient is unavailable to sign for a package. The carrier’s driver will make repeated attempts to deliver. If all delivery attempts fail, the package will be returned to Coffee Kind.
Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled online for any reason within 1 hour of placing the order by emailing email@example.com.
